DATA COMPLETION AND REGISTRATION

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

SBM reserves the right to cancel or change the scheduled dates for the event, up to a maximum of 1 (one) business day before the start date of the event. In this case, the participant will be notified and may choose to maintain or cancel their registration. If the event is not confirmed, SBM undertakes to refund the full amount paid, within fifteen days of cancellation.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitution of registered participants may be made up to 7 (seven) business days before the event. Substitution requests must be sent via email to eventos@metrologia.org.br, providing complete data for the replaced and substitute participants. The substitute participant is subject to the conditions of the registration they are replacing.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel, please send an email notification to eventos@metrologia.org.br. A 60% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made before April 16, 2027. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions will be accepted in accordance with this term.

DATA PROTECTION AND IMAGE USE

In accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018), we inform you that the personal data collected may be used for institutional purposes and registration of activities, and the images for dissemination.
